INGREDIENTS
- 1lb Breakfast Sausage
- 8oz cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 diced Jalapenos, I like to roast mine so they are nice and soft
- 6 slices of bacon cooked and chopped up, you can always add more bacon
- Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, small box
- 2 tablespoons Blazing Star Reaper Rub
- Melinda's Hot Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Pellet Grill or Oven to 400 degrees
- To a large bowl add 1lb Breakfast Sausage, I prefer Jimmy Dean
- Add 8oz cream cheese
- Add 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- Add chopped bacon
- Add diced jalapenos
- Add entire package of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix with seasoning pack
- Add 2 tablespoons of Blazing Star Reaper Rub
- Mix all ingredients by hand until everything is incorporated
- Roll into small balls about the size of an ice cream scoop
- Place balls out on a non stick pan, I still spray cooking oil before placing balls evenly on the pan
- Place in the Pellet grill or oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. You are looking for a golden brown
- Remove from grill or oven and allow to cool before enjoying
- I like to serve mine with Melinda's Hot Honey on top

I’m making these right now. Obviously haven’t tried them yet, so this is a pretty pointless comment.
How much heat does the reaper rub add? I like heat my wife can’t take much heat. Jus curious if I need to alter how much I put in.
