Grilled Scorpion Shrimp Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb 20-30ct raw shrimp deveined with tails on
  • Blazing Star Scorpion Rub
  • Olive Oil or Almond Oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • tablespoon minced garlic
  • 16 Heavy whipping cream
  • 8oz of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Blazing Star All In One Seasoning 
  • 16oz penne pasta 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add shrimp to skewers for ease of grilling
  2. Coat the outside of the shrimp with Olive Oil or Almond Oil
  3. Seasoning the outside of the shrimp with Blazing Star Scorpion Rub
  4. Grill Shrimp until the internal temperature reaches 145, you can sauté in pan too if you would like
  5. Cook Penne pasta according to package for al dente
  6. In a pan add 1/4 cup butter to melt over medium heat
  7. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  8. Add 16oz heavy whipping cream
  9. Add 6oz parmesan cheese(save 2oz to sprinkle over top before you serve) 
  10. Add 1 teaspoon Blazing Star All In One Seasoning
  11. Mix all ingredients and then reduce to a simmer
  12. Drain pasta and add to Alfredo Sauce
  13. Add Grilled Scorpion Shrimp
  14. Mix everything up and serve on a platter. Top with remaining parmesan cheese
